De gezichtstatoeages zijn ge\u00efnspireerd op Twitter en hoe dit platform de persoonlijke gegevens van haar modellen weergeeft. Op hun\u00a0lichamen plakte John Yuyi onder andere hun tweets, bio\u2019s en aantal volgers. Haar werk stelt aan de kaak hoe jongeren zich vandaag de dag bijna volledig lijken te identificeren met de digitale samenleving. Vroeger, ja vroeger, voordat we Twitter of Facebook hadden, was identiteit nog gelinkt aan je eigen persoonlijkheid.
