Toch wist met name het radiovriendelijke &#8216;Ventura Highway&#8217; zich aan de vergetelheid te ontrukken. Bijna dertig jaar later dook het nummer zelfs plots weer op de Top 2000 om nooit meer uit die lijst van muziek met eeuwigheidswaarde te verdwijnen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En dat zorgt er weer voor dat vijftig jaar nadat Dewey Bunnell het nummer schreef, nieuwe generaties er kennis mee maken. Zoals de jongens en meisjes van The Barefoot Movement. <br>De groep bestaat uit violiste Noah Wall, mandoline-speler Tommy Norris, gitarist Alex Conerly &amp; Katie Blomarz op contrabas. Alle vier zingen ze ook en dat gebeurt vaak meerstemmig.
