Dat heeft Rafael Grossi van het Internationaal Atoomenergieagentschap (IAEA) gezegd tijdens een bezoek aan de centrale. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volgens Grossi stegen de waarden op de momenten dat het Russische leger zwaar materiaal aanvoerde en toen ze weer vertrokken. Om de ontplofte kerncentrale is een complete sarcofaag gebouwd.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Eind maart werd al bekend dat Russische militairen halsoverkop het gebied rond de centrale hadden verlaten, nadat ze besmet waren geraakt met radioactief materiaal. De soldaten hadden opdracht gekregen loopgraven te graven in een verboden, vervuild gebied.
